Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within a few days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you via email.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:

  • Domestic shipping: 7-14 business days

  • International shipping: 7-20 business days

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24–48 hours.

4. Customs, Duties and Taxes
We are not responsible for any customs duties and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages
We are not liable for products lost or damaged during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
